DEAL NEGOTIATION, DUE DILIGENCE AND CLOSURE - TURNING DEALS INTO ACQUISITIONS

This is the stage at which the final details of the deal are nailed down and turned into a contract for sale.  CDS can run this process on your behalf, although some clients prefer to get involved with the detail at this stage.

We can help you negotiate and document Heads of Terms in preparation for contract preparation.
 
Much of the commercial due diligence will have been covered in the research and contact phases but we will help fill any gaps.

We recommend that you employ external accountants for financial due diligence, and can provide a list of suitable practices.

If necessary we can introduce you to the sources of funding likely to support a deal in your sector.

The deal is not done until the signatures are on the contracts.  We will stick with the process coordinating the inputs of lawyers, accountants, the sellers and in-house resources.  We maintain the pressure necessary to complete the deal to a sensible timescale.
