Our well regarded Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Training Course for Corporate Executives is a four day programme that teaches a front to back approach to finding, valuing, investigating and integrating acquisitions that fit your strategic objectives.

Our two day programmes in business valuation, due diligence and post-merger integration provided in depth tuition in core M&A skills based on our practical experience of best practice in some of the world’s most successful companies.

M&A TRAINING FOR CORPORATE EXECUTIVES

Run on a quarterly basis this four day programme is designed to teach the practical commercial and technical skills needed to be an effective M&A practitioner in a corporate environment.  The course is taught by tutors with hands-on experience gained as part of management teams making successful acquisitions – not by academics or professional advisors with third party experience.

Each day of the course stands alone as an intensive, practical introduction to a key aspect of M&A good practice.  The course can be purchased as an integrated training in all aspects of M&A, or as individual modules according to your needs.  Tailored in-house programmes can be arranged for a fixed fee.

Course Cost: £2250 plus VAT for four day programme or £600 per individual day.

M&A INTEGRATION SUCCESS

This two day course teaches delegates to run rapid but controlled post-acquisition integration programmes that maximise strategic synergies and minimise risk.  Taught by an internationally renowned expert in business integration the course gives delegates a solid grounding in the approaches and techniques used by some of the world’s best companies to deliver value from their acquisitions.

Extensive use is made of case study material. Delegates will leave the course with templates and methodologies that can be taken back to their business and used to give an immediate professional edge to integration activity.

This two day training course teaches delegates to prepare robust valuations in a commercial context. Calculating the value of a potential acquisition involves far more than plugging numbers into a series of standard calculations. As well as teaching the main methods used to value companies emphasis is placed on understanding risks and synergies and the potential returns on a transaction. Case studies and scenarios are employed to help delegates think through the dynamics of competitive situations.
